Scholarship management for both donor agencies and client governments is about managing the scholar experience in such a way as to ensure positive academic results, which are vital to the long-term development goals of any nation.

TTT has developed extensive experience in managing scholarship programmes over more than 20 years, based on an in-depth understanding of the scholarship cycle in its entirety, from selection and budgetary considerations to the provision of long-term pastoral care and academic support. TTT’s process encompasses criteria-based selection support, placement of scholars, management of scholarships in process, welfare and pastoral management, monitoring, and tracer studies of alumni.

TTT has managed scholarship programmes for the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade between 2002 and 2019, as well as scholarships for the UN, World Bank, and Asian Development Bank. Over 8,200 fellows have studied under TTT managed scholarships. TTT’s ISO 9001:2015 certification includes the management of international scholarships.
