TTT has completed of over 580 and international projects and 4510 separate programmes in over 40 countries in partnership with multilateral and bilateral funding agencies, private sector organisations, organisations, and donor governments.

Global Recognition

International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)

In February 2018, TTT and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialised agency of the United Nations, signed a Long Term Agreement (IFAD LTA No: 1249) for provision of training services and blended learning programmes. Through this LTA, TTT is supporting IFAD in its aim to eradicate poverty and hunger in the rural areas of developing countries.

UN Women

Further to our long term agreement with IFAD, TTT signed a Participation Level Agreement (PLA) with the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) in November 2018. Through this PLA TTT is assisting UN Women in its efforts to establish gender equality, and empower women throughout the world.

Green Climate Fund (GCF)

In December 2021, TTT signed a Long Term Agreement (LTA 2021/097) with the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for the provision of Performance Management Training. The GCF was established by 194 countries party to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change in 2010, with the aim to expand collective human action to respond to climate change.

Public-Private Partnership Authority, Government of Bangladesh

The Public-Private Partnership Authority (PPPA), Prime Minister’s Office, Government of Bangladesh appointed TTT to its international panel of specialist organisations to provide PPP transaction advisory services in the areas of Tourism; Social Infrastructure; and Industry. TTT was appointed to this panel in 2022 for a three-year period.

Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI), Government of Bangladesh

In October 2022, TTT signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) for the promotion of agricultural technologies through training activities. BARI is an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of Bangladesh, that conducts research on various agricultural crops.

United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)

In September 2016, TTT signed a framework agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) covering 117 countries (UNHCR Frame Agreement Reference No.: PMC/PS/16 – 0027). In association with Exponential Training & Assessment, TTT is assisted the Global Learning Centre of the UNHCR in providing training and mentoring services for UNHCR managers through blended and distance e-learning programmes.

CICETE, Ministry of Commerce, Government of China

In September 2012, TTT and the China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges (CICETE), under the Ministry of Commerce, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalize their cooperative relationship. Over the past several years, TTT and CICETE have made full use of their respective advantages and resources to further strengthen the fruitful partnership in the areas of international education, training, and government exchanges.

INEPA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Government of Korea

Over the past 14 years, TTT and the International Exchange Promotion Association (INEPA), an approved association established with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, have built a strong relationship in the area of international exchange and training. TTT is the only organisation in the South Pacific with which INEPA has signed an agreement for cooperation in international education, training management, and government to government programmes.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Government of New Zealand

From 2002 to 2012, TTT was contracted by NZAID under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Government of New Zealand, to manage the Short Term Training Awards (STTA) scholarships scheme. The contract agreement aligned with TTT’s commitment to providing education and knowledge transfer to developing nations in the Pacific. The overall value of the contract was over US$20 million, with over 1,000 international trainees.

TTT has also assisted in the management of major elements of the selection process for the prestigious New Zealand Scholarships (2017-2019), awarded under the New Zealand Aid Programme. The New Zealand Scholarships are prestigious scholarships for people from developing countries to study in New Zealand and the Pacific. The selection of high quality candidates is fundamental to ensuring that the substantial investment made in the Scholarships programme leads to the best possible development outcomes for the countries involved.

New Zealand All-of-Government Consultancy Panel

The New Zealand Government’s All-of-Government Consultancy Services – Business and Finance (Tranche 2) solution offers government agencies specialist advice from a panel of experienced consultancy service providers. With many years of experience in consultancy and capacity development, TTT has been appointed to this panel by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
