SUSTAINABILITY

At TTT, we understand that by embracing sustainable practice we are able to have a positive impact on economic, social, and ecological environments globally. TTT has had the opportunity engage with a range of countries for environmental interventions such as coastal rehabilitation, reforestation, waste management, recycling, and policy strengthening. Upon project completion, we ensure that the knowledge and skills to operate sustainably are passed on. In addition, TTT is certified with ISO 14001 which ensures the implementation with international best practice environmental management systems throughout our global operations.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

Our clients come from all over the world, and so do we. With offices and representatives across the globe, we continually celebrate the diversity in backgrounds, values, and stories, which allows us to provide solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. As a responsible organisation, TTT promotes diversity and provides inclusive strategies, to assist our clients. This is core to our TTT culture of making positive changes.

GENDER

TTT is a signatory of the Participation Level Agreement (PLA) with the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women). Through this PLA, TTT aims to assist UN Women in its efforts to establish gender equality and empower women throughout the world.

TTT considers it pivotal that there is significant female contribution in all spheres of society. Our work on various developmental projects have made us acutely aware of the significant structural challenges faced by women. Our goal is to ensure we continually empower the careers, aspirations, and ambitions of women. For our part TTT has been 50% female-owned and managed, and we take pride in being able to work within a range of environments to promote gender equality and equity. Currently 62% of our senior leaders are women.

Commitment to Quality

In the international development field TTT was one of the first adopters of the ISO certification process and is today certified with the ISO 9001-2015 international standard of quality assurance for capacity development and consultancy-based project management. This certification was first awarded in 2007.
The quality assurance systems that form the basis of TTT’s ISO certification are specific to the transnational nature of TTT’s operations, our ISO quality management systems and operating procedures are often supplemented to meet the unique requirements of each client. Through this certification, TTT ensures sustained improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance as an organisation.
TTT is committed to ensuring that our systems are continually refined and improved to ensure optimal benefit and the highest standard of service to all stakeholders. It is in this context that TTT’s ISO certification was successfully awarded and retained, with emphasis on ensuring successful outcomes, for our clients.

UN Global Compact

Sustainability begins with an organisation’s value system and a principles-based approach to doing business. TTT aligns with the UN Global Compact. This voluntary commitment is associated with implementing universal sustainability principles, and to support UN goals. We align our operations and strategies with the ten universally accepted principles TTT has been a signatory of this initiative since 2016.
