SUSTAINABILITY

At TTT, we understand that by embracing sustainable practice we are able to have a positive impact on economic, social, and ecological environments globally. TTT has had the opportunity engage with a range of countries for environmental interventions such as coastal rehabilitation, reforestation, waste management, recycling, and policy strengthening. Upon project completion, we ensure that the knowledge and skills to operate sustainably are passed on. In addition, TTT is in the process of being certified for ISO 14001.

GENDER

TTT is a signatory of the Participation Level Agreement (PLA) with the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women). Through this PLA, TTT aims to assist UN Women in its efforts to establish gender equality and empower women throughout the world.

TTT considers it pivotal that there is significant female contribution in all spheres of society. Our work on various developmental projects have made us acutely aware of the significant structural challenges faced by women. Our goal is to ensure we continually empower the careers, aspirations, and ambitions of women. For our part TTT has been 50% female-owned and managed, and we take pride in being able to work within a range of environments to promote gender equality and equity. Currently 62% of our senior leaders are women.

Our clients come from all over the world, and so do we. With offices and representatives across the globe, we continually celebrate the diversity in backgrounds, values, and stories, which allows us to provide solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. As a responsible organisation, TTT promotes diversity and provides inclusive strategies, to assist our clients. This is core to our TTT culture of making positive changes.
